bicubico 8278fcb887 fix: real footage renders reliably; first real Reel (primer-reel) 
- Convert non-H.264 sources (HEVC phone/TikTok video) to H.264 with a
  1 s GOP; Chrome can't decode HEVC on Linux and long GOPs make seeks
  slow
- Cap render concurrency at 4 and the frame cache at 1 GB; at 8x the
  frame extractor ran out of RAM and the render hung
- Captions render above overlays so full-screen b-roll doesn't hide them
- Headline words wrap instead of overlapping; CTA stays on one line
